Returns and Exchange


At this time, we accept full refund only for product(s) having quality problem and we accept exchange for most of our items in 15 days after purchasing. FINAL Sale and Made-To-Order products are not qualified for exchange, and exchange product must be unused and in the original packaging.   Customers are responsible for shipping fees occurring in exchange.

 

Return and Exchange Procedure:

1.Send us an email to Customer.service@decorsbox.com with the following information

  • Receipt/Order number
  • Item(s) that demand refund or would like to exchange
  • Reason(s) for return or exchange
  • For exchange customer : Item(s) you want to exchange for
  • For refund customer: Pictures showing product's broken part(s) or any other quality problem(s)
2.You will receive an email noticing whether refund or exchange request is accepted or not. Approved request will receive a return address as well. Partially refund or additional payment may applied when exchanged products have unequal values. Customers are responsible for shipping fees occurring in exchange   
    3.Once you receive a confirmation email that noticing we are ready to receive your returns, send us the product(s) request refund or exchange. An original or copy of the receipt must be included in the package (so we know who it came from)

      4.(1) For exchange customers: After your return is received, you will receive an email noticing if exchanged products has been sent or return request is refused. In most cases your exchanged items will send to you in 3 business days, in the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused

      4.(2) For refund customers: After return is received, you will receive an email noticing if refund has been issued or refund request is refused. In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and the refund process take approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items. If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. a percentage off, dollar off amount, free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
